We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • A 360-degree unboxing video is mandatory to request a return.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact, along with proof of purchase.
  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at lclasicoss1993@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Issue description
  • Photos/videos of the product (including unboxing video)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to a defective or incorrect item, we will arrange pickup or cover return shipping.
  • In other cases (if applicable), the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during sales, offers, or promotions
  • Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
